Nova Production Co is a full-service production company with over thirteen years of experience in the commercial hospitality industry. We partner closely with brands, agencies, and property teams to deliver thoughtful and seamless production solutions that align with both creative vision and business objectives. To date, our team has photographed more than 400 hotels across the United States, Canada, China, and the Caribbean, delivering polished, consistent imagery designed to perform across platforms.

In 2017, Nova Production Co collaborated with InterContinental Hotels China to update photography to new global brand standards, resulting in the photography of every eligible InterContinental Hotel across southern China, including Hong Kong and Tibet. In 2021, Nova Production Co brought Hilton’s national campaign, What’s for Breakfast?, to life; an integrated still and video production highlighting six of Hilton's brands. The campaign playfully showcased each brand’s personality while maintaining a cohesive, instantly recognizable visual identity.

At the heart of Nova Production Co is founder Vanessa Heisterkamp, whose love for photography began unexpectedly in a seventh-grade math class and quickly became a lifelong pursuit. Drawn to small details and often-overlooked moments, Vanessa approaches both photography and styling with intention and restraint, creating imagery and spaces that feel natural, considered, and easy to connect with.
